The apartment is a wonderful space for two people, but also suitable for a family, or group of good friends - having 3 bedrooms. It has a double bedroom, which leads to a single bedroom and through to the bathroom (shower). There are steps from the double bedroom up to a room with two single beds. As access to the bathroom is through the single bedroom (and from the attic room through both double & single bedroom), it is only suitable for people who know each other well. The spacious sitting room (originally an artist's studio) has great character with a high sloping ceiling and a wonderful view. It is a large room with dining table at one end, and comfortable sitting area. Great to pull a chair to one of the full length windows and enjoy the view while sipping a glass of Tuscan wine! The apartment is completely private with its own front door and steps leading down to a shaded terrace where it is lovely to eat - olive groves on one side and a view of the valley on the other. Studiolo is let by the night with a minimum of 2 nights, and 3 nights in July and August.
